Because custom apparel, embroidery, and laser engraving are personalized for you, we cannot offer returns for change of mind once production has started on your unique project.

To ensure your vision is perfect, please notify us of any design changes within 24 hours of ordering.

If your premium custom gear arrives with a defect or error differing from your proof, we will replace the item or issue a full refund within 30 days of receipt using your original payment method.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return on defective custom goods, please ensure:

  • The issue is reported within 14 days.

  • Item is unworn and original.

Items that cannot be returned include:

  • Personalized apparel or engraved items made to your creative specifications.

  • Items showing wear, washing, or damage occurring after Clarksville delivery.

  • Health and hygiene sensitive items, such as face coverings unsealed after delivery.

  • Bulk business orders once the digital proof has been signed and production is complete.

BERKE STUDIO reserves the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet these quality conditions.

Returning Items

You are responsible for shipping costs and risks when returning goods to our studio. Please ship to the address below:

We recommend using a trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of delivery. Our Clarksville team will inspect all items upon arrival to verify quality standards.

Gifts:

If the item was a gift and shipped to you, you will receive a studio credit for the return value. Once the product is received and inspected by our craftsmen, a digital credit will be sent to your email.

If the gift wasn't marked as such or was shipped to the buyer first, we will issue the refund to the original purchaser. Please contact us for assistance.
